    no one is seeking customer service or support here! are you delusional? clients/customers are mad and are complaining here. they are not looking for service or advice, they are blowing off steam because this is not the first time it happened. it also only seems to happen during CW, banishes or other activities we are doing here.
    on most servers was a banish going on, that means today no rewards, no rep and additionally as if that wasnt bad enough, tomorrow its small baal time on all the servers who couldnt kill him in time.
    we are here to express our frustration and not to seek your pitty or the attention of the chat-bot they call stanley who is providing the illusion of customer service (rather bad at it too, if you was wondering).

    but the ONE thing that everyone is expecting and no one getting is a comment from dawnseeker.
    just a small post, takes 2 minutes to type up, telling us a "sorry" and giving an estimate on how long it will take to fix 30min, 2hrs, 8 hours, a day... anything vague as an official statement could channel so much anger and avoid people from getting mad at the game makers.
    that is customer server and that is the only RIGHT thing to do

    Ah, does this ever end? It was bad enough last week when the servers crashed, and now again. It seems every time there is a patch for something news, this all starts. Jeez...STOP adding stuff and get the game stabilized! If login problems aren't bad enough, I have had problems for 6 days with Flash crashing and the game hanging up. After uninstalling Flash and reinstalling it at LEAST 12 times, the game still is a mess. Graphics don't load, takes forever to into different areas outside of Aeria City. Spinning circles on runes, equipment that just sit there for so long that you just want to scream. Then, when you enter a fight in the wilds or arena, even Banish, and it starts to load and then just stops. REFRESHING IS USELESS.. how many times have we heard this, and to clear the cache...so on and so on. Listen Tynon...none of that is working....just look at the number of posts here. The problem is on YOUR end, not ours. Our computers are working fine with everything except YOUR GAME. Take the responsibility and admit it instead of blaming your consumers for the crummy product that is now here. It just amazes me that in a month this game went from fun and enjoyable to aggravating and a HUGE disappointment...and seems when things APPEAR to be fixed, they aren't but sure see those little specials to get more money from us. Sorry to vent and rant, but WE ALL ARE TIRED OF THIS and what is worse, NO WORD at all from Tynon! Your customers are your top priority, so PLEASE fix this mess for good!

    They dont replace any of it. Last crash in December i had just opened up cloak plans and went all-in on Baal. Didnt even get to hit him once and i never saw those gems again. And today my guildmate got to miss out on 1k gem stakes. You can count on her never seeing any of those. And nobody is going to care.
