I managed to get in... only to be met by captain wart and his 0 power... am still not impressed by him
BUT, by getting there I managed to klikk "support" and send report no. 728456 which goes like this:
well, as you may have noticed, the game has yet again crashed.
Why?? Simple, because you refuse to fix the problem, instead you ignore it and hope it will go away. Well there's only one thing wrong with that, it doesn't magically go away by itself.
I do not understand why you obviously think it is so terrible to reinvest some of the money you make back into the game by upgrading hardware and maintaining the game, but I really wished you would do that one day soon. This complete server crash has occured several times now over the past few weeks, always the same, so it really is not difficult to figure out what is wrong - so fix it please!!
If you cannot figure out what is wrong... then please hire some competent staff so they can fix it!!
And just to prove how useless your customer service is, I will write here that it does not matter what I wrote here, because you do not read this, you only send a mass-spam-mail back to me saying "we are closing this ticket since this issue is resolved or being resolved" - even though you have done NOTHING to even TRY to fix the problem... same as every other time anyone of your precious customers has sent you a problem-report.
Please ignore your jobs since your jobs are obviously to ignore your customers and any problems that may occur with your game - and instead for a change try to do something creative, fix the game and care for your customers... it really is worth it in the long run!! Trust me
