I can't log in to my account and even if i do get in everything seems set to zero except lvl and coins/credits.
it show no guild /and cant communicate with anyone

I love the game... It's a complex system, so there's bound to be some problems now and then...

join the club according to my skype all servers and all of tynon having same issue
so just what will tynon do about it since its cost all credits , coin, rep from boss fighst
those that have spent credits in tavern ddin't receive spirit
oh and your right even if you do manage to log in can't do much with everything at zero and non working

I managed to get in... only to be met by captain wart and his 0 power... am still not impressed by him
BUT, by getting there I managed to klikk "support" and send report no. 728456 which goes like this:

well, as you may have noticed, the game has yet again crashed.
Why?? Simple, because you refuse to fix the problem, instead you ignore it and hope it will go away. Well there's only one thing wrong with that, it doesn't magically go away by itself.
I do not understand why you obviously think it is so terrible to reinvest some of the money you make back into the game by upgrading hardware and maintaining the game, but I really wished you would do that one day soon. This complete server crash has occured several times now over the past few weeks, always the same, so it really is not difficult to figure out what is wrong - so fix it please!!
If you cannot figure out what is wrong... then please hire some competent staff so they can fix it!!.

To refuse to fix this issue would mean Tynon would never be online again....

Its a problem (I think) with the data centres which transmit the server data around the world which aren't run by uCool. Tynon have to rely on the data centre's own tech guys to get us back online. Sometimes these issues are caused by weather problems and therefore are unavoidable.
