Its a problem (I think) with the data centres which transmit the server data around the world which aren't run by uCool. Tynon have to rely on the data centre's owner tech guys to get us back online. Sometimes these issues are caused by weather problems and therefore are unavoidable.
Morgan... Anyone in the United States and Canada could have easily related to adverse weather conditions. My car had four feet of snow on it five days ago. What, in your honest opinion, would've been so difficult for a rep to come in here making that same statement?
