TYNON here is a suggestion...WHEN YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM LET US KNOW THAT WE CANNOT LOG IN ON THE LOADING SCREEN SO WE DON"T ALL EMPTY CACHE, RELOAD SOFTWARE ETC, that would be the decent thing to do. WHEN U GET IT GOING AGAIN the other decent thign to do would be to recompense us!!!!

Morgan... Anyone in the United States and Canada could have easily related to adverse weather conditions. My car had four feet of snow on it five days ago. What, in your honest opinion, would've been so difficult for a rep to come in here making that same statement?

It wasn't a 'statement' but a theory. I am in no position to know what exactly has caused this downtime but only going on what has caused previous issues.

strange that tynon and evony are the only two games (out of over 25 games I play) who experience these problems... and I've never experienced it on any other site I've visited either... seems to me then that tynon should use other data centres since those the ones they use (and only they use and no one else) are clearly not capable of running data centres.

This game and Evony are browser based, which means the information sent to your computer comes directly from the data centres. Other games work differently. I have played other browser based MMOs and they too suffer the occasional outage.

I am a bit sad because I just paid into the game yesterday and we already put at least 50 dollars into. My husband and I. So I am a bit Poed.

Same here keeps saying network problem am on server 101 and it really ticks me off it crashed during Baal so dont know if I will even get credit for it and if the compensation is the same as last time which lasted several days not really sure I will put any more money into Tynon.

why can't you fix this issue of not being able to log in. We were just fine until you decided to start the championship warfare. Now this seems like a constant problem. I'm scared to death to think of what is gonna happen when you decide to merge servers. Playing your game is becoming more of a nightmare then a pleasure.
