Tynon Load Issues

On Server 16, during Banish Baal event the game froze, and I have run into a problem loading when I tried to refresh my characters. It has been over 2hrs, and I haven't been able to get back on. What's going on? I am still trying to recover from being screwed out of getting Bloodstorm when you changed the ranking system (I only needed 200 spirits to recruit him prior to the change), and now during one of the reputation earning events (maybe more than that if you don't get the problem fixed in the next...Now - 1hr), something goes wrong. I am only ~140k reputation away from being able to get Bloodstorm, and I would like to be able to recruit him before next year. If your idea of compensation for this is extending the time period that we are able to spend money on packages, don't bother.

You constantly compare this to Wartunes and it honestly makes me wonder why you bother playing Tynon. You know as much as I do as what could be causing these issues. If it was a development problem we would be still online but dealing with bugs not outages.

Some of us mention WarTunes here for two reasons: 1) It too is a browser based game and 2) many of us have played it. The reason most of us no longer play it is because we liked this game more. It's that simple. And, they have one more thing in common - a very poor customer service, at least in my experience with the two.

pretty sure the devs have only seen a naked lady online, and with the compensation they think is fair, I doubt they pay their models enough to go topless.

This is getting to be old at least once a week we cannot get on the servers we lose out on cerb or baal or both we lose out on training grinding sailing we lose out on it all
What is going on? What needs to be done is fix the issues that are going on the keep adding more servers Server 13 is down and baal just started so we lose out on more credits and everything else
