38 is DOA too...no BAAL today I suppose. Bummer for those of us with full time M-F jobs who miss both bosses during the week. Been locked out for about 3 hours now. Highly frustrating.

Server 16 is experiencing the same problem. Went down during Baal (coins/credits/rep/guild contributions/equipment plans/jewels lost), and Rag is supposed to start now (credits/rep lost). If it isn't back in 1hr, there goes coins/credits/rep/guild contributions from GW. Extending the time that we "get the chance to buy packages" is not sufficient compensation.
