Tynon Load Issues

On server 16 water realm alone there are over 900 inactive players junking up the server. They should concentrate on merging the servers that they already have.

Wonder how many of those inactives have a monthly debit set up for the game?

Unbelievable, 1st cross world tournament complete fail due to byes Tynon claims didn't happen(even with screen shots that they did and lasted the entire round, a complete system crash following the upgrade(the changes were great, but made the system completely unstable), 24-30 hours of not being able to long on during New Year week, and now another system crash during the 3rd tournament making it impossible to participate in finals as a player or bettor. What does Tynon do to make amends to their customer base? NOTHING! Giving us the right to buy more products from you, even at a discount is not compensation. Supposedly increasing the rate of success on saintings after the day is almost over and all credits spent and cards obtained used,even if the success rate was doubled, which it wasn't, is not compensation. All saints at 50% original success rate or greater,would have gone to 100%, that's DOUBLE, which you told us we'd receive. Numerous players had saintings fail that started at 70% or greater chance of success. So what will you do now about the constant game problems? Do we get an extended chance to spend more money with Tynon? Maybe some more success buffs that don't work and there is no way to know for sure? How about this. Take the game down for a 2 day scheduled maintenance, announce it in forum where players are begging, and have repeatedly begged for any communication from your company. Then fix whatever is causing the problem, test the fix in Beta, then roll the game back out. Gave a small comp package to all players equal to the average of the beginners 7 day rewards at least. Then start communicating to the players that have been loyal to you despite your non-existent customer service and have been more than patient to see a change in your business practices.
You have a great game that you are driving into the ground due not to the expected problems that will occur in all online games, but with your extremely poor response to those errors.

No need to respond to this email with another of your form letters that in no way are responsive to the problem stated, and never followed up on. I have a collection of those already.

Try pinging two Tynon servers. Same IP address. Same machine. The correct word is 'domain' not server.

That's why they all go down together, but it's also why cross-'server' events are possible.

I meant exactly what I said, it maybe 1 domain, but they have 115 servers (give or take). Your comment was totally irrelevant to mine. They have inactive players (probably numbering in the 10's of thousands) on all of the servers that are junking up their database, and merging servers (thus deleting inactives on the servers that are merged) would alleviate the problems that they are claiming caused this down time.

last MMO I played deleted players after 30 days inactive. we have players over 120 days since their last login
