i am not sure what you played but i played diablo1, diablo2 for over 10 years, i played lineage1 and lineage2 for another 10 years combined and was also active in evony for 7months and in every single game we got an actual compensation where players literally said "this is awesome! i hope the server goes down again!"
on top of that if the servers where down then there was actual statement about what happened and why and they would say something like "sorry for the inconvenience" but when you contact customer service and have to speak to stanley the chatbot then you dont even get a "sorry" but instead you get an automated response telling you someone will randomly take care of it... maybe... in the future... hopefully they wont forget and to please remind... if you havent forgotten or given up in meantime...
i am very very disapointed.
if there is one thing that tynon is lacking that i would improve (if i had anything to say) then it would be customer service and satisfaction.
