    Angry The LAMEST Compensation EVER!

    According to Tynon-

    They are sorry that the servers had technical difficulties for a few hours?

    ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?

    The servers were down since 8 am My time and didn't come back on till around 3 -ish!!

    How in the world is that a FEW Hours?

    Then adding insult to injury, they gave us as compensation an extension on the sale packages- WTF? How is that Compensation? you still want me to spend money as a form of Compensation?
    I mean, I have played many many MMO's, and so far Compensation is something defined as- Something you get for the Inconvenience, without having to spend a single dime! This is an OUTRAGE!
    and Just for today, the doubled the rate in the haven tavern, wooohoo!

    Wow Tynon...... you have really sank to an all-time low.

    And, the real problem is, it really isn't fixed yet!!!! They managed ot get it to where we could get on for awhile with few things working and called it fixed!!! I can't even get on right now - again!!!!

    I've already spent all my credits in tavern and failed on my cards, So I get nothing in comp since i'm not giving comp to tynon for screwing up by buying a package either.

    This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with any gaming company. Hey dummies, this was a complete system crash for over 5hours and is still not fixed. I have 2 servers where i logged in, 5 minutes lateri locked up and am back to not being able to load!!!!

    And they give me the right to spend money on their broken game as compensation????? Insulting to us all,and idiotic idea on their part. I would fire whoever made the decision to send such a pathetic email to players, adding insult to injury. I would rather them just say nothing.

    It's Obvious this is a strong Community, we need to make our voice be Heard NOW.
    They need to realize that you don't do those sort of things.

    Especially since we are all Experienced MMO Players.

    Happy new year everyone! I was just reading the posts regarding the compensation and to be honest I am not so disappointed with TYNON but i am more disappointed with all these negative reactions!!!
    I am still shocked how greedy are most of the people posted here!

    Also i have a question for you, did you actually try to use the compensation in your own benefit? Yes of course cards don't come easy but what about exchange some with CW tickets or with some spirits from Tavern...

    If you actually didn't rush to jump into conclusions and tried it, you would see is much more better than a few coins or credits that you would waste in a few minutes because you will never have the chance for using cards for 100% when your hero is already half angel...."

    The above was posted on a closed thread before I had time to respond to it. Compensation that benefits a few people or all those that are affected is not compensation. Not everyone has enough tickets to purchase cards - especially when the choices do not include those that the player is using. Not everyone has enough spirits to get a card of a hero they use, I have been saving for weeks and only have over 650. I am not wasting them when I am trying to save for a golden card. Coins, credits, reputation, those things I could have gotten had the server not gone down, similarly everyone that played would have been able to earn some of those resources. Therefore it is a loss and a compensation would have replaced at least some of those resources. They choose to compensate us by offering another day to spend real money on their faulty product, that is not compensation - that is a joke. Double sanctify % is fine for a few, but it does not cover all those that waited and checked for 9 hours to play a game that many have paid real money for, so why are you disappointed with the negative reactions? This game is supposed to be for entertainment it is a serviceable product and like any service if it is shoddy people will be angry.
