These are all 100 frag runes. How are they missing?

I think he's showing that he went from 612 frags at 4:20pm to 512 frags at 4:21pm, showing configuration for each hero, and noting that still shows he's at the Old Rune Keeper, so supposedly hasn't moved. We are shown power levels for each hero before the frag diff, but not after (except for Ahmose).
