I understand that the developers may not see things the way we as paying customers do since this is in fact a free to play game with added bonus to those who do pay. However, I have heroes on multiple servers and VIP 3+ on almost all of them. When I can't communicate with my fellow gamers, that is a lack of service. When I am denied the ability to claim rewards, that is a lack of service. When I am not able to participate in events like other members, that too is a lack of service. Maybe it's just me, maybe there is some discrimination going on. I doubt it, but hey, everyone else makes that claim when things don't work out for them. But it is a shame, that a game that has so much potential, is screwed over by some clown that doesn't know what they are doing. Those particular developers should follow the old fashioned Japanese Samurai ritual of committing Harakiri. Set up a live stream, charge for viewing and do it so that all of Tynon's affected members can watch for free as compensation. Then once they have committed Harakiri, they should be beheaded and a lifelike image be placed on the bridge post of Aerie City for everyone to see. This, however, is just my level of frustration for such incompetent work. Thanks for looking and hope you developers have, well hope you have nothing when it's all said and done.
