Patch Notes: Improvements!

Here are the latest improvements to Tynon:

*Stamina purchase has been greatly increased, you can get 100 stamina with each purchase instead of 25.

*The level requirement for unlocking each rune slot has been reduced for 5 levels. For instance, you can open the second rune slot at level 25 instead of level 30.
