I second this suggestion for an even more basic reason than recognition. At the current rate, only 3 people can accept members into a guild, the host and 2 VH's. That means that if those 3 aren't around (such as during the day if they all have to work) then there is no way for us to get people recruited in due to the limit on the amount of people who can accept applications or invite people in.
