    Disappointed by Game Transitions

I have a very specific complaint concerning how transitions/patches have come along. In Beta testing and early on, the Cerberus and Baal events dropped plans according to the level of the player receiving the drop. Basically, level 20-39 would receive hopebringer plans, while level 40-49 received random champion plans, and so forth. Later on, only only chestguards, helmets, and cloaks would drop upon a top three finish. Since August, a player only receives plans based on their progress in heroic realms. At the time of that change, I had a large stockpile of plans for Ironheart and Lightbringer gear in my inventory.

Throughout September and October, I kept all of those plans, and slowly ground out plans as I progressed along the Questline. By the end of October, I was able to finally collect useful plans once more from heroic realm bosses or Cerberus and Baal drops. I took my time on this, but within two weeks, I had all the relics, sword, and staff plans I needed for server three.

In early December, i was prepared to defeat some heroic realm and quest bosses. A Patch made major changes to the system, setting me back several weeks from defeating the next bosses in quest and heroic realms. I completed a significant increase in power levels, and recently defeated several bosses in both quest and heroic realms.

However, a New Year reveals the month of January. With the exception of a two week period in late October and early November, I have not received a new plan drop from Heroic Realms since August, 2013. This is not a result of poor gameplay or absence. I was - and remain- a top 25 player throughout this period on an older server.

My complaint concerns the lack of opportunity to progress. Each time I find a way to pull myself up to the next level, a new patch raises the bar from my reach.

Yup - a lot of veteran players just said "BS" and have quit since they can't progress for weeks on end now. Not worth the loss of life.
Lots of vets giving away their characters to guild-mates and have given up.

Or learn to adapt a bit. I've been trying out new things because the previous method of stunning didn't seem to be working on the Heroic bosses. Guess what using morale dampers, I've beaten 4 Justice HR bosses in less than a week.

You can progress, you just need to think differently.

Are you serious? I am no vet player, but thanks to the new changes I was able to progress MUCH faster (beat the Justice Chest boss with 24M power). Who ever you are claiming quit because of this may have been a vet, but not a good player.

EDIT: And like Morgan said, morale droppers > stunners now. I've used Knight Percival in all Justice bosses so far -- he is a blue, so easy to star and saint, and works wonders against most of the bosses. You can use Calvin in his place if your Calvin is strong (mine isn't).

I have encountered this problem but then i brought out the books and started studying all they new Character by learning there atks, With Destroyer Herja I am Weaker in power But stronger for Boss's Due to the fact they can only use there Basic atk. Then again I am a Full mage base player and Revolve around using all Powerful Mages for a Multiple of reasons. For 1 When a Mage atk's Another Character, He/she's Skill Bar doesn't Raise. This Makes it so they have to Do 2 full rounds to gain what they would have Gained in there skill Bar if i was to use Saffron Calvin ect. Also, A normal Character has to build up to hit There Max hits "Skill Bar atk's" But a Mage hits a max hit every time.

"Yes a Mage is weak to "Skill bar atks" But! If you have a High Level Illuminated Mind, Thick Skin, And Mirror Soul Then you will have No problem Beating other players".

Back To what i was saying, Since All my mages don't set off Skill bar atk's And i Have a Destroyer Herja They never Keep there skill bar or will be able to use it against me.

Well That's my $0.02 Cents on How To Make things a little Dif.

I have progressed. Went through three Lightbringer bosses in Heroic Realms in the past week. Went through almost a dozen since October, averaging one per week. Few of them dropped plans I did not already have- just Ironheart relics, Lightbringer staff, and Lightbringer swords.

As for trying new things- I developed Mulan, Thucydides, and Penthesilea with a number of stars. Set aside over 50 million credits for the Tavern on Tuesday. We all know how well access was. I receive compensation that all those saint cards i could not obtain would have a greater chance of success. This left me misfitted for transfers (some new heroes with stars and no saint, while others had saints and no stars).

For several months, I have had an excess of stamina. No reason to fight in heroic realms, the bosses drop plans I already have. Just defeat the boss once, and move on. Failures to defeat bosses do not cost stamina. Continuing on the quest costs twenty stamina each time you pass to the next area. Then you stop on a boss for a few days, until you beat him. If you defeat both a boss in heroic realm and in the quest, that totals 25 stamina. Toss in two labyrinths, for ninety stamina and the total reaches 115 stamina expended. You can generate 219 stamina each day. For a while, upgrading a set of gear for a sixth hero gave reason to hitting heroic realms and grinding items for equipment upgrades. Had a place to burn stamina in collecting new heroes in the second arena. Recruited them all, up to the one I cannot yet defeat. Also collected enough items to make gear when I DO receive it - now my inventory is filled.

As I understand it, the WB drop is based on the drop table of the top boss you have defeated.
It may have been 2-3 weeks ago but the smaller table is what is drawn from.
That means if there are gaps in what you have equipped, by passing the bosses that dropped those plans
you removed them from the WB table you draw from. Please correct me if I am wrong.

you only get a plan from the banish when you finish top 3 and not top 25. the plans you get when you do hit top 3 at a banish depend on the last boss you killed in heroics and give you whatever you would get if you would kill that boss directly.
i also never hear of anyone finishing top 3 and not getting a plan, if that was the case you should file a support ticket right away.

i agree 100%, my banishes skyrocketed with my new form and heroes and i doubled my damage output resulting in 3-4m damage per round (1-2k rep each round) and thats with an 80% booster with average heroes and all thx to the new purple heroes.

you do not get 1-2k rep for doing 3-4m damage - I do over 200m damage in a banish and even with the 100% city buffs that only gets me about 3200-3600 rep a banish

The difficulty of the banish does affect the amount of rep.
