Got khan on my first win!- took several tries though. I had a decent queen P, my main obstacle was being able to kill maria (had to have crits on lance) since my team was fairly weak. Tyvm guys!

I finally got him. I think it took like 100 hits (successful ones, not counting all the fails!!), all i know is i used a LOT of stams, spread out over a couple days of repeated trying. I'm not the luckiest, which is why i don't gamble. LOL :P
What were your success rates while killing Khan? I'm only killing him 1 in 3 times, not sure if its worth spending the stam at such low odds. Right now my Queen P has 92k hp and take on average 90k damage per round, but I still need a few lucky dodges or blocks in there to beat him. Khan doesn't crit, but I'm still failing 2/3 times I fight him.
What else can I do to improve my odds?
Btw, after beating Khan my coin/credit bonus didn't increase. Is this a bug or is this intended? I think its misleading, since it says "Defeat Khan to increase your coins/credits," in my Shrine, but after beating him I am still at 68%.
I really like kahn, but I feel Tynon nerfed him too much. His heals are not that great for the end game hero he is supposed to be. In a PVP battle, if Kahn is as he was intended... it should really come down to kahn finishing as the last hero standing. it is not the case at all with him.
King T is much better than him and crits more than Kahn. Kahn has 30 crit built in and KT has 40. Also KT hits 3 and Kahn hits 1. Has no innate resistance like KT.
Kahn's only saving grace his ability to self heal. But the heals are WAY WAY too low.
So what good is he? Not much I am afraid. I guess if you outfit him with mass stars... and lvl 12 devines... and get a few lucky saint rolls with + crit.. you can see a little more life back when you crit the opponent. But the other opponent has a ton of def skills, you are not gonna see Kahn heal much at all. He is pretty useless with such GIMP heals. They really need to fix and address his healing capability.
It is sad when the players with Kahn uses Ahmose as the tank shield in Championship. That should tell you how UNBALANCED those two characters are. Kahn should have 50% built in phy defense with the SMALL heal he does. Similar to Ahmose.
Then Kahn would be worth putting in the line up.
I don't intend on using Khan for PVP, but I want to recruit him so when the new patch is out, I can move onto new heroes. Also, my coin/credit bonus did not go up after beating him, so maybe I can get that 5% after recruiting him? He would complete my collection, as I have all Royal Arena heroes except Khan and King H at the moment. Lastly, I was going to try to beat Pursuer in heroics with him.
Before, he was useful for situations like Rag, GW, and Lab due to his ability to overheal and accumulate HP. Guess they nerfed that too
He is still good for Lab. He can solo lvl 2 hard and even level 3 easy for me.
But that is all he is good for really. I'd like to see 50% phy defense like ahmose on him with his low heals. So at least he can be a tank.
And for Ahmose, they need to bring his innate defense down to like 35% from 70% He is soo unbalanced, it is not even funny.
Ahmose already doesn't shield enough to be much use later on in heroics, he shouldn't be nerfed anymore. At 35%, he will be useless. He wouldn't be much better than Queen Bryn at 35%.
Any tips for consistently beating Khan?
I still use him (switch back and forth with pompey depending if I need another tank), but mainly because of the saint I invested in him. I still use herja, so I like queen P more, but I am working on a set to replace herja with someone else.
