Transfers - did i miss the mail that it went from 9mil coin to 12mil coin?

Maybe i'm just a noob - but a few days ago - transfers were 9mil coin - now its 12mil - didn't see a mail or post regarding this...

Scales with your level. You must have hit level 90 for it to cost 12M

It was a sad surprise for me as well, hitting 90, hehe. I could have transferred a day before when I was 89, but didn't know it was a better idea to transfer asap. Oh well, now I know to transfer before I hit level 100 (assuming it goes up every 10 levels).

Yes, seems those over 100 have 0 costs atm.
