The issues were not resolved. You answered ONE, that's it, just ONE of the issues. So you closing that issue with your comment was a lie.

That being said. It does not matter since the game is going live and I will make my attempt there with hopes that something was done correctly. Besides the items purchased that disappeared i still have to unlock rune slots every time I refresh.

Now, on to your exact comment. "Closed this thread as our beta is coming to a close and the issue was corrected" As the post stated "Beta still deserves Customer Service". By you closing the thread as you did implies that UCOOL does not agree with that statement. Additionally, since you are leaving Beta open for players that just reiterates my topic post "Beta still deserves Customer Service".
