A new feature

I found this the other day.
Unfortunately I didn't get a screen shot.
All I had to do was overflow my cargo. Then the new feature popped up on the hero screen.
The Invent-o-ray.
It allows you to combine random carried items and make new, unique gear.


NOT!
What it does is demonstrate that the folks at Tynon and their spell checker cannot spell.
There are numerous places where the syntax fails.

The pirate screen guide.
All 3 statements fail miserably.

"Claim map piece in Your Guild or Loot from other Ship."

"Aboard ship with your Guild Mate who has counter Map Piece."

"Travel safe and get Tons for Coins, Credits and Experience."

The last one is especially frustrating.
We get nothing "for Coin's Credits and Experience." Certainly not "Tons" of an unspecified item.
Ton's OF Coins, Credits and Experience. Define "Tons". The volume implied doesn't match the size of the reward.

Click the redeem link in the lab.
"Each time you defeat Maze boss you will be rewarded some Tokens."
This one has poor syntax AND a false statement.

A quest boss is "The Houseman."

Issues like these DO detract from the gameplay. They point to sloppy oversight by the leaders of the dev team.
You CAN and SHOULD do better.

Fix the bugs. Correct the syntax and spelling.

The Lab statement is the way it used to work before the a patch last Summer. Tynon is notorious for changing things and not changing the words. For example, there are still questions in the lab that refer to heroes Precesence as a Talent and that is now gone.

For me... It makes me laugh everytime I spot a new one.

That may be the very problem then with this game as the game devs may not be english speaking hence they have no clue what we are trying to say. The same may be for their customer service ( they may be using google translate and in the process miss out in what the real problem is)

The first rule of complaining: Do NOT do the very thing you are complaining about. Here is a perfect example.

Now that makes me laugh for two reasons: First to elevate your "wondering" Yes they do have a native speaker,
Im sure they all for the most part speak the same language. (snicker) Native to whom? I know the context in which
it was meant, but contrary to English speakers' thinking, ENGLISH is NOT the only language spoken
in this very wide world, just the simplest to learn. But to assume that English was the targeted language for this game
would be snooty of us. Be thankful they translated it at all so that those of us that DO speak English can play/pay.....

What makes me chuckle the most? When grammar and spelling nazis misspell in their "tickle."
To err is Human...is it not, funny yep, but keeps getting funnier all the time. Im sure with my
nerve issue and unfamiliar keyboard you will find a few jack ups in mine. You should have seen spell check! HA!
LoL, but if we cant laugh at ourselves, maybe we should before we poke and tickle someone that shares our faults.
Some of the funny phrases I have come across in the game is prize worthy chuckle material, which is fine, like the person
that I quoted. Just respect them for giving you a great game to enjoy, but dont slur them for being Human and making mistakes as we all do.

*Side Note* For the sake of correct grammar/wording/spelling subject yes nazis SHOULD be capped, but as we all, well most
learned in school, we cap the important place, person, or things of importance. Guess you now know how I feel about nazis.

i agree that some intend to go over the top and even make themselves sound childish while doing so; for me example english is only my 3rd language and some typos are funny.
however, the tynon staff represents a company. a company that is paying them to fix bugs, errors and even typos or the syntax. to spot problems like that, many game makers communicate with the client (us) through "complaints" via customer service and even through the forum. i am positive that the OP's intentions where not to insult the staff but to find a more humerus way of pointing out the mistakes after this seems to have been addressed before. no one said he/she is perfect and we all need to be able to pick up a little criticism.
that being said, here is the most important part:
when you see mistakes, bugs, hick-ups, etc being reported from other players then you should take care of the problem immediately or at least put it on top of your to-do list so it doesnt turn into embarrassment later on after you chosen to ignore the "hick-up"(s).

As the op I feel it is incumbent upon me to reclaim my thread.
The point of the post is to point out which points fail to point to the proper points.
The poor syntax and spelling ARE indicative of lazy coding.
If you misspell labels and call for a correctly spelled label elsewhere you will have issues. (BUGS)
The code can't find that which doesn't exist.

An example.
There is jewel chip bug.
If you have more than 5 of chip and merge them you get the merged jewel and a negative number for the remainder.
I had 8 level 1 chips turn into 1 level 2 chip and -3 level 1's.
I LOST 3 chips PLUS I then had to make up that negative with 3 more chips.
That is a NET LOSS of 6 level 1 chips.
Why? It's because Tynon can't count.
There is a work around. Whenever I have more than 5 chips of 1 type I embed the excess over 5,
do the merge and replace the better chips I removed to make room for the excess of the lesser quality chips.
I have to do 2x the work because Tynon cannot count.
I reported it and was asked to provide pictures. In order to provide pictures I had to waste more chips with no promise of chip replacement.
I have had this happen on different servers. It is easily repeatable.
But the devs are too lazy to investigate it. They are too lazy to correct it. And that's why we still have "The Houseman."
