We want to make the server fun again for everyone playing it, including the little guys.
So effective immediately
Anyone over 2 million power is not to sink any ships or steal any maps from anyone under 2 million power, unless the ship is Infected.

Wouldn't this have been better served sent out as a Guild Mail....as I'm assuming not many of the players there look at the forums?
