Didn't get my Hopebringers relic / plans

I just won, and picked my card. And I get the message that I got a Hope Bringer's relic. As shown in the attatchment. But I have got no relic nor relic plan.

This is just way too common. I had the same exact thing happen on Winds of Njord awarded an Champions Sword and never got it, and on Might of Uranus I was awarded a Guardian Sword. An in both cases I didn't get those either. I thought this problem was supposed to be fixed back in September.

I have refreshed 3 times and still haven't gotten it. Its not on any player, not in the bank, and not in the items slots. nowhere. This is on the server 112 Mercy of Cosmos player named HailMary

The Best advice i can give you is Go to Tynon.com then billing support, Change the subject to game play an state what you put here and attach the photo. I have done this multi-times and they respond a lot faster and usually fix it right away. I have lost stars, gems ect and always have been reimbursed w/ my photo proof like you have done.
