Can someone please post here a list of all the equipment upgrades from start to finish please as im trying to work out something but cant as i dont know all the names and the order

The lab only goes until Sirius spirits. Both act 3 normal and hard give Sirius spirit plans

I have no idea if I find out I will try to be of some help
but herby here is the wierd question... im getting justice helm and chest now with only 3 more heroic realm mobs to kill... so where does the judgement and sirius plans ccome from?
the HR only goes to Judgement weapons at this point the rest have not been released.
Also Sphinx gear comes after Sirius
