why dont u go read the rune guide for that?
Morale helps for the heroes to do skillattack.
Skillattacks are a heroes special attack.
If you want it to be good, it is also handy to add adept.
A good way to find things out about the game is asking your guildies to help you out.
Also you can ask other players on the server to help you.
