Help - Formation to defeat Giant snake in quest.

I know i am not the first to search forums for the formation, i tried all different combinations but well its been almost 1 and a half month and i am still not able to get past this monster. While i see it says i have passed but i did not kill it and advance to next quest. Any help is highly appreciated. If some one dont want to share the information in the thread please do message me.
