Now that Ragnarok is at 6:00 and Guild Wars is at 7:00, wouldn't it make sense to have Noble Lady at 8:00 so that it doesn't interfere with Championship Warfare? What do you guys think?

8 would interfere with CW; it is the starting time.

What confuses me about this whole thing is that they changed the time for Rag and GW - supposedly to give room for CWF. Yet, In the East it overlaps NL, and - if I've got my time zones right - it overlaps Rag. Even in the Central Zone the last part is during NL. The Rag/GW time change makes absolutely no sense to me!!!
In the West, the time change made CW overlap with both Rag and GW. Rag is okay in my opinion because you can just click fight and close out of the rag window, but moving GW from its non-conflicting time slot to one that is in conflict with CW is just dumb in my opinion.
