Last night my guild mates tells me i had the 1000 gems in arena. None of the my guild mates say they hit me in arena for gems. This i have to believe cause i don't show half of the rewards. Would like for you all to check and see why i didn't collect gems. I.m VIP 6 so it should have auto collected. Will be waiting to hear from you. Thanks Cd1iDawg
Maybe you were offline
Tell your guild mates to whisper to see if a player is on line or not. If off line then they should hit him so that each gets 1/2 the gems. Auto-collect does not work if you are off line.
I'm sure i was on line. When i came back to computer i was still online. Should have auto collected.
This is a known recurring sort of bug.
You may have sort of been on line, but your screen went to sleep, you re-focused to some other window, and went AFK, or something.
So the system didn't think you were on line, and you did not get to collect.
It is unfortunate it happens, but it is the behavior.
