Missing Helmet

Good afternoon,

One of my characters seems to have misplaced / mislaid his lv 33 Ironheart's Helmet. It is not showing when I look at Ahmose's equipment list but I can see it when I look in the Blacksmith's equipment list - it's the last item and not attached to any hero (seemingly).

I have screen shots if you need to see them.

I refreshed twice and the helmet seems to be there but I cannot find it to stick it back on Ahmose's head.

I have checked all other hero's and none of them are wearing the helmet; looked through my bank and didn't see it hiding under a gem or token etc.

Can someone help?

ps anyway someone can change their character's name? I liked it when I started but know would like something a little more upscale) .... thanks.

1. I edited out your email address to protect your privacy. I wouldn't post these things on a public forum...

2. You cannot change your characters name at this time, it has been suggested a few times though on the forums.

Have you look in the blacksmith to see if it shows you that it still exists? It could be in your inventory.

That's the odd thing Andy - it does show in Blacksmith - but I cannot find it to put it back on the hero that it was on yesterday ... i am going to be embarrassed if it is hiding - but looked all over and no luck.

Check all your other heroes (one might have "stolen it" and put it on). Also, check your bank.

In the Blacksmith does it show as being on a hero or no hero? If no hero it may be hidden in your pack or the bank if either are full.
