Just Used Summon advanced runekeeperand got nothing

On server 112 Mercy of Cos, I selected summon advanced runekeeper. My 200 gems disappeared but I didn't get a rune or a rune fragment. What's up with that.

It just summons the keeper. There is no guarantee that you get a good rune just like when you get the keeper without summoning it.

The 200 gems guarantees a rune fragment, I would submit a ticket...

On later research, I discovered that I had less that 40,000 coins. Since I didn't have enough I couldn't get the rune or fragment. Once I had amassed 40,000 coin I pressed the advanced rune keeper and the 40,000 coin was paid, and I got the "synery Rune" and the Rune fragment. I thought the 200 gems was in lieu of the fee. I just gives you the chance at it. The next time you pay the coins, is when you actually get the stuff. But I had already made a complaint about the general issue of the rune keeper.

So Now you pay your 200 gems, then on top of that you get to pay the 40,000 and you primarily are buying a rune fragment ( which rarely ever show up I spent over 80,000,000 coin in one afternoon and got zero rune fragments, 2 walls that I don't need and a Partisan that I don't need)the rest were either junk, or low level ones that I just combined with others) Now just about every rune I have on my main 6 characters, has 15,000 + experience.

BUt my other point was that for 200 gems I could get more stuff than I got. Just was doing tests for this 200 gems I spent per attempt, I have done it 6 times across several servers, I got the 6 Rune fragments, and 4 synergies (+1500 Exp), and 2 extra fragments. My conclusion I haven't gotten anything useful for the price no (hundred fragment) high level runes, no (20 fragment ) mid level runes, no (5 fragment) low level runes. none of the lower level runes or the lowest level runes.

But in any case the problem is solved. i did get the rune fragment and rune just had to spend 40,000 coins for them.

the point is that you are supposed to get a rune fragment as well as a rune, but you don't even get a mediocre rune, just 1500 exp (which you can pick up for about 2-3 million coin.)

I just think that if I spend 200 gems (20 dollars in real terms) i should be buying something useful like a guaranteed 20 fragment rune and at least a 20-30% chance at at a hundred fragment rune. or at least get 5 rune fragments.

There are a lot of things that cost gems in the game where you definitely do not get what I consider to be a good value.
