I powered up a bit, using the same form and got 95+%. Feel like I just need to take 1000 runs at it, but can't seem to beat it still. I also can't seem to recruit either flavius or lance. Currently working on a level 11 preciseness before I try again.

well pre patch veleno did indeed cost me 750 tries..

and why do u need preciseness 11? to recruit flavius or lance?

It might, but the benefit of Adam is that you can also kill the monster behind Veleno (with a critical hit or two from Adam, depending on his damage). So killing the top three faster may or may not be better than the added bonus of killing the final monster.

yes in combination with cianna.. or something or rhize.. adam alone is very hard maybe try a shield.. unit

lol... opps. preciseness is for shayd to beat veleno. Sort of gave up on flavius and lance for a bit. Probabilities are most likely lower than what it displays for me.

Ok... I beat it with 30% left! Missed the relic, but I guess my formation works when shayd stuns a bit more.

Ahmose Messiness 9 (I couldn't beat this encounter originally with Messiness 7 due to taking too much damage from top-row minions)

Finally beat Veleno at 32.7M power with 200-300 attempts.

Only had Lvl 9 Preciseness and Lvl 8 Infallibility on Shayd.
Also used a Lvl 8 Advantage on Shayd, not sure if it helps, but before using Advantage on Shayd I couldn't do better than 80%, with Advantage I got over 95% several times before finally killing the bugger.

She had ~68K HP as well as 7 stars. She has 3 HP saints (one blue and two white, sadly, but they help a lot). She didn't perform as well as she did in the future fights, though -- she died after 2 hits. It really came down to Shayd being able to stun 2-3 times early on so that you can kill the two drakes at the top WITHOUT taking damage from the boss. Once those drakes are safely eliminated, it is smooth sailing for the rest of the battle (at least it was for me).

Out of all the heroic bosses I've fought so far, this one was the most luck-dependant.

ALSO: it helps if you figure out how much damage Veleno deals with his skill, and make sure Blood can survive one of them. My Blood took a shot from Veleno's skill shot and survived with about 5% HP remaining (I had built his skill defence and HP just high enough to survive the blast). This way Blood is low health and can deal TONNES of damage.

Off-topic, but somebody managed to take down Plaguebringer at only 23M power using Queen Penn.
Now thats a badass Queen Penn!
