Also using Herja for her morale boost for high level fights seems to be a waste, all my heros have justice + sets so morale is never an issue and be constant full morale. Even if you have judgement sets, morale is still an issue since you cannot skill each turn.

There is a reason why all the top players use Herja, and it seems that you haven't figured it out yet.
