and it will be on tynon's logs anyway,they get a report from every server every 10 mins,to see activity and things people have completed/attempted

@ critical times.. shuffling beating bosses mergen runes stackes @ arena i take screenshots before to prevent not havind proof.

Ok i know its annoying when things glitch. I have had plenty of stuff go wrong
lost 190 gems cuz my talent cues auto cleared and they still dont believe me.
BUt in this case lets look at it this way.

The drop rate for spirit plans is like .03% so you probably would not have gotten a plan. Trust me on this ive gotten abot 35 700+ scores in the past 3 weeks without a spirit plan drop
If you can beat aldebran just go get another 700+ score and unlock the next level
the next levels bosses are exponentially harder and you may not even be able to beat yet, so having it unlocked may be pointless. I say this without knowing your power and you may be just fine.

Its not teh end of your game or the end of the world, Its one lab. Try and Move on.

level 86, 21,399,108 power had no problem at all with the 4 bosses i did in easy so normal shouldnt be too bad,anyway i know the dop rate is low but not that low matt,a mate of mine on server 104,every time he gets 700+ score he always get a spirit drop,and i mean almost everytime.anyway im not too bothered but it would be nice if they sorted it,unlocked normal difficulty,and possibly a spirit plan

My talents auto-cleared as well... I lost the 100 gems they gave me free when it happened (day of big patch). It wasn't on a Thursday, but technically I used them so I didn't think I could get a refund.

I've found hb and champ spirits a lot easier than guardian and ironheart for drops. For my sub, I got the first two on the first try. Got over 700 on hard a lot, but haven't gotten a spirit yet.
