Noone gets a spirit plan to drop every 700+ score. I have calculated my drop rate at .03% I stand by that number. I know some people have experienced slightly better results but nothing over 1%. I do firmly believe that my server, server 1, has the LOWEST drop rate of all servers. And I do believe its a conspiracy.

haha i totaly agree,but the drop rate is dfferent for everyone,some players have more luck on their side than others say for instance,that idiot billytaylor13 who keeps posting here has no luck what-so-ever.and he thinks i have best luck ever,as ive got over the ast 2 months,all from guild chest,leader card x1,pompey the great x1,smoulders card x1,in lab ive got,1 guardian spirit plan,1 hope spirit plan.and he has got like 1 crap purple from guild chest,no spirits for free from lab

Ok i know its annoying when things glitch. I have had plenty of stuff go wrong
lost 190 gems cuz my talent cues auto cleared and they still dont believe me.
BUt in this case lets look at it this way.

The drop rate for spirit plans is like .03% so you probably would not have gotten a plan. Trust me on this ive gotten abot 35 700+ scores in the past 3 weeks without a spirit plan drop
If you can beat aldebran just go get another 700+ score and unlock the next level
the next levels bosses are exponentially harder and you may not even be able to beat yet, so having it unlocked may be pointless. I say this without knowing your power and you may be just fine.

Its not teh end of your game or the end of the world, Its one lab. Try and Move on.

actually i think tynon redid the bosses coz now i am able to beat lvl 2 hard bosses that i could not even touch 4 weeks ago..

and believe me LABYRINTH = my lucky part in tynon i allrdy have 5 lightbringer spirit and 1 ironheart i even got 2 spirits in 1 labyrinth run last week

First off
No you will not get automated replies to useless tickets. The automated responses are only for tickets they take seriously

Secondly
once you start the fight if you hit refresh or are disconnected, the item from the flip is usually automatically added to your inventory.

well all that was added to my inventory was 4 tokens,and lvl 2 normal is still locked,obviously this has ****ed up because my stamina was still gone and so were my 10 gems.their problem to sort out not mine pal.

You thought you scored over 700 but it's a possibility you hadn't. However, you have at least submitted a ticket and now learn the kung-fu art of patience. If there is a problem it will be fixed.

Now to your forum behaviour. (And one or two others)
