Yes, I should not be surprised such a thing happens. But I am outraged none the less. This is happening far too often lately.
There might be no point in debating it, but since I can't reach support I am venting here.

No word from Tynon about this and they closed my ticket about it. I am very angry and disappointed.
This is unfair and needs to be fixed.
