Blue Stars Inactive?

I have 10 blue stars in my inventory, I believe purchased with tickets. When I click on upgrade for any of my heros, the button presses down so It shows it was clicked, but nothing happens. No fail, no success, it just acts like I didn't click it after clearly showing I did. ?? Anyone else having that issue? Thought I would ask before I submit a ticket.

Nevermind, refreshing fixed it :/
