Having more slots is beneficial because you can add as many runes as you like yet if you want you dont have to have as much runes to the maximum amount of slots which you have
I can have 10 slots and 10 runes somebody else can have 10 slots 8 runes
It wouldnt bother anybody IMO (Wouldnt bother me)

I think we need the opinions of one of the mods
