There needs to be a 100 frag rune for mages.. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing.

A rune for mages would be nice. Another rune I would like to see is a defensive one.
Personally speaking some sort of rune bank would be great. More rune slots, somehow that doesn't feel right to me.

Some heroes have a spare spot already. Like herja. So more spots wouldn't make sense for them, and for the melee heroes you're only short 2 defensive runes when fully kitted.
I don't see any reason why we'd get to use all runes. But more choices for what to put into those 8 spots would be nice.
