See i agree this part makes no sense. How does the game no whihc equipment and runes to assign?

Heres what I have been doing and it SEEMS to work

Set from in CWF page
go out of cwf
and set up gear and runes on the heroes in your cwf formation
Then go back to cwf
and hit upload

That SEEMS to lock it in for that round. But i do not know what happens if after that you go out of cwf page and change things in equipment and runes and do not go back to CWF and hit upload

I believe what ever runes and equipment are on the hero when you click upload are what are used. but no confirmation on this
