The battle views are there to help other players with formations who are also trying to beat that boss. The bosses are changed frequently. It only makes sense that the top 3 views change as well. There is no help watching a set up that will not work because the skills on the heros have changed.
Prime example is Cianna. She was used on many bosses because of her skill to stun. That was changed drastically. Someone watching a set up that included her from 2 months ago, would not be able to duplicate it.

actually people are now (powering down) removing heroes and rebeating heroics so there names could be up there but thats a 80m player using 3 heroes so he has 30m power and then beats boss no one can copy that no use there.
