(I read all the below replies) I have the same issue as you. My level 62 Maria heals nearly every time and has purple level 6 runes and champion staff. My level 81 Maria all geared out in Ironheart with all gold level 8 runes misses so much I use her just to spam quest bosses. All have the same amount of stars. I cannot figure out what is going on here. My Shayd is the same way...stuns a lot on level 62 no St's, misses and barely ever stuns on 81, and she is St.5. Oddities that are frustrating.
