Maria Issues.

A question for everyone. I just got Maria have a magic attack sanctify is that right? and if it is how does having magic attack help her?

Hi to all you Tynonites, I have read this thread with some interest as I too am having trouble with my Maria And so is a friend of mine. The 1 thing I have noticed about this topic is it doesn't mention anything regarding the jewels/gems she has in her equipment does this have any detriment to her also and what about her armour levels do they have anything to do with her missing too. Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

other than that she needs a staff, armor, magic attack and defense runes

Jewels embedded in her staff will give her more magic attack.
As you must have read, she heals for the amount of magic attack she has.
The rest of the gear is helpful for keeping her alive and for set bonuses.
Spirits also adds magic attack.

For runes, I use intensness, preciseness, vigor, infalibility, resistance, flintness, burliness, messiness, nimbleness, dexteriousness.

in the picture you see maria healing the party, missing a 0 heal and flavi blocking her heal

ps: i have seen heroes dodge her before and am hoping i can capture that next

This must be a display glitch or lag as whichever heroes she doesn't heal there is miss sign there so why would they miss and dodge as well when the result is the same

huh? no one said they are dodging and missing at the same time...
we all know that maria can miss healing others, but it also has been said that if she doesn't miss she can still be dodged or blocked by her own party members (as can herja).

Does anyone know how to get extra Maria's? I'm working Pompey and he starts out with two and has one for a substitute. A battle with THREE Maria's?!? Talk about cheating TYNON!!
