I still say that this feature, the star system with its current failure rate, is one of the few buffers left between the upper and lower class and is important to stay that way. Heavy coiners and/or GW winners will be like POOF and BAM 15 stars everywhere. Meanwhile, the rest of us would be sadly deprived of yet another equalizing factor.
Like I heard somewhere else, stars are like icing on the cake. Don't go complaining about stars when there is much more cake to eat.
my naga, my naga
As frustrating as stars are, I'd say it's fine the way it is. That being said, I had 2 or 3 leader cards fail at 90% for sanct. and my star rate is quite similar.
yep - stars are flawed, and at the risk again of been chastised by tynon, I agree the game-play for these should be the same - if you don't win an up-grade then fine, but you shouldn't be penalised for trying and lose what you have already won grrrrrrrrrrrr
I highly doubt you will see 15 star any time soon.
I had 600 stars purchased on Thursday and got back 600 the Sat following and here is the outcome.
started with all 6 heros with already 9 stars. I got them all to lvl 13 stars with the sat stars.
Now I spent in total 500 blue stars and got 2 heros to 9 stars.
Going to 14th star at 15%? good luck with that when your blues will go from 13 12 11 10... 10 11 12 11 10 11 12 11 10 9 10 11 12 11 10 9 9 9 9 9 9 10 11 12 13 (STOP!)
WHAT THEY NEED IS TO PUT A SAFE SPOT on 13th stars
I already saw an Adam at 14 stars, and an Aphrodite at 15 stars on two separate servers.
I'm sure there are more 14 and 15 star heroes out there that I haven't seen yet.
If you flip a coin 100 times. The odds are that you will have a run of 8 or more heads in a row. Does that mean the coin is robbing you? 'Random' means that anything can happen, not that it is guaranteed to be exactly even. I remember playing Civilization 3 one time I had a Longbowman destroy my Tank, even though I had a 95% chance of winning. In other words, random happens.![]()
