you guys charged me twice for newbie package on server 38 and once on server 112.
one time on each is fine but twice on 38 with nothing to show it is not good. please refund me or award some in game item to make up for it.

You will need to start a ticket with Support. There is a tab in game, go through the main page by clicking billing support or use the link in my sig.
Since the forum is unable to resolve this, I will be closing this thread.
