I like the new patch. I would much rather use the extra stamina and not enter heroic when I am saving up coins/credits. The farming in heroic makes it near impossible for some players. Now you do not have to enter heroic unless you are working on a new boss. As far as getting plans you don't need...you take that chance defeating the boss anyway.
Yes I was bitching about the lack of explanation and prior notification of changes. Something many of us have been bitching about for a while now. I also did in a post somewhere that may have been removed said I appreciate the effort the dev team is trying to give us with notification now. I just feel it is still coming up a bit short and I know they can do even better in the future. The patch notes mail came out several hours after the patch. SO some people were able to test the feature before patch notes mail. ANd even with the mail it was not fully explained imo. MANY MANY MANY people were confused about this feature. SUre some may have got it right off the bat and fully understood the feature. BUt most of teh people I have talked to did not fully understand the feature form teh patch notes and form the description given when hovering over the execute button.Originally Posted by Herby

One thing that may appeal to everyone....instead of a big execute, make to where when you click a boss you have defeated already, you dont fight but collect the gear. That would end the useless plans and extra stamina use.
That would be a great solution to the issue.

The only thing I think would make this better is if you could select the bosses you want to use stam on. But other than that, I love it
I guess this is useful for people that cannot be Top 3 in Baal/Cerb and have two or three bosses that will each take hours to beat in heroics. Makes their life a little easier.
Generally those foks have extra stam lying around anyways.
I think that the execute option is well balanced. We get the drops without having to actually fight the boss again. If a player doesn't need the drops from a particular boss, well that is the price of convenience.
I used the execute option and was not charged stamina or given plans until I clicked claim within the window that showed up. Also, if you hover over the plans presented they will tell you if they are a helm, cloak, chestguard, relic, etc. Overall a really useful feature in my opinion. One that I greatly appreciate. I've had a hell of a time getting all my guarding gear because it keeps dropping the wrong plans. I picked up 3 useful ones today just by clicking claim.
