Selling runes for fragments

Can we please sell runes which we do not need for a specific amount of fragments
I was thinking that it could work like this:

We get a rune worth No fragments ( Not crusader / trance / guildmaster, these are quite useless after a while )
Now we are able to sell 5 of these runes for 1 Fragment

We get a rune worth 5 fragments
Now we are able to sell 1 of these runes for 2 Fragments

We get a rune worth 20 Fragments
Now we are able to sell 1 of these runes for 10 Frags

So we can get half the price (more or less) for runes which we do not necessarily need
This will help ALL players Big or Small to get runes worth 100 Fragments
This will give players the opportunity to start catching up to the top players more quickly and for the top players to get even stronger

Fragments drop enough already as it is. You just have to put the coins into it to get the drops. Plenty of people, (non coiners included) have upwards of 9-10 divine runes, some have the complete sets of them. Just takes time and dedication.

I try at every hour of the day with 2 million coins and out of 8 hours i get 3 fragments
Obviously it is rigged or we need a better drop rate

1 frag per 8m coins spent?? Ive seen worse Ive seen better. I spend liek 50m or more a day in rune temple some days i get 8 frags some days i get 20

I spend 100m + every day and I receive about 100 frags every 3-4 days, depending on how much I put into the shrine and spend in the temple.

You need to start putting MUCH more into the temple. Use your 10 assistant gems in the shrine and use the coins in the temple... Make sure your in every event to get the most income each and every day...

I've picked up 48 in a single day once. spent about 90 mil coins that day. Some days have had better rates than others but they still drop pretty frequently for me on a normal basis.

I've wanted to see selling yellow runes for 1 fragment before... 10 is a little too much imo.
I've been seeing around 1 frag every 4m to be a little below average... normally if I spend around 12m and don't see those 3 fragments, I stop and try again later.

How about selling purple rune for 1 frag and yellow runes (worth 20 frag) for 5 frag
The ratios are 5:1 and 4:1
