The real answer is do we need it weekly, probably not. Increase the amount of tickets you get fortnightly and there isn't any real difference. I really think weekly is a bit too much, it's overwhelming to have events stacked up on one another and while currently it draws play in eventually people will lose interest. Too much all the time, people like to take the odd break from any game especially if they enjoy it because it keeps their interest.

Evony is a very different game but the main reason people eventually quit was it took over your life. You play these games as hobbies, not live and breathe them.

I'm not against the rewards, Herby. Just space the event out a bit, then increase the rewards to compensate for the loss.

I like the tickets as much as the next guy, but not enough to sacrifice too much time. If I have skip a competition, I will, but I'd rather not and just see them spaced out a bit, which would be better for people, even if they don't understand why.
