The thing is.. once you saint all of your guys to cap = Arch Angel 5, and main hero to Dominion 5. There is nothing more to do to progress.. especially when all your runes are going to be at lvl 12 with 1000+ fragments saved up.

Some are approaching this state.

So unless more new content is produced with more diverse runes (I'd like to suggest a nice one for a mage to bring them back from the dead), and more higher lvl content such as past sirus gears and better GW cities with better bonus's, many of the top players will most likely get bored and take some time off. I highly doubt they will "quit" indefinitely.

When you cant progress any more, then that is when you take some time off. But to sell a top player who is VIP 10+ is how much? Like $20k+ USD? Who is gonna pay for that?

So selling would probably be not a realistic thing.
