Judgement and Sirius gear are yet to be released and there are more maps coming. More than enough to keep the top guys busy and building.
As for selling accounts I really wouldn't it's an instant ban, so anyone foolish enough to buy an account could end up with a very expensive white elephant. And bear in mind your forum account is linked to your game one, so be careful what you say.
