New type of mage suggestion
How nice would it be to have a hero mage with a morale bar and a skill attack! Like physical heroes, double damage on skill attack + skill effect, such as higher chance to stun, HP drain, morale drain (absorbing morale for oneself), induce physical/magical weakness, etc.
Morale for those heroes could be affected in a different manner. Some of them could gain morale as other mages use magic attacks, which would make them stronger when there are other mages in your formation for instance. Also, those heroes would benefit from skill attack rating, which would make their spirit items quite useful.
Here are a couple of examples:
The Necromancer: Absorbs all of the enemy's morale and induce magical weakness on skill attack. Gains morale from any hero dying. When he dies, he casts a curse on the one who killed him, diminishing this hero's physical, magical, and skill attack by half for one turn.
The Breaker: This spell caster is specialized in breaking enemy skill attacks. When he casts his break skill, he completely blocks the targeted enemy hero's skill attack and returns it with increased fervor (lasts one turn; if the enemy doesn't use his skill attack during this turn, The Breaker's skill is wasted). If the skill is a positive one, such as Ahmose's Greater Rampart, he turns it into its negative opposite, making ahmose 70% weaker. He could also turns Calvin's Will Breaker onto Calvin, giving him negative morale (-100). Gains morale whenever a friendly hero triggers a skill attack.
The Mana Hunter: Gains morale whenever a magic attack is cast. If a magical skill attack is cast by anyone, he gains twice the usual morale. A higher morale means a stronger magical attack. Gaining morale above 100 is thus desirable. At 200 morale, he casts a super skill attack, which is an energy ball that cuts every enemy's HP by half (based on current HP, not max).
Feel free to make your own suggestions!
