Hey! The equipment on my Cianna hero all went to zeroes after I got a "Unable to synch with server" message and I refreshed. I have Ironheart and Guardian equipment on her and her sword was at around 30, spirit was around 28, and relic was around 28 also. The others were around 22/24. Please restore my equipment as it took a lot of time, effort, and yes, MONEY to get them where they were. Please respond asap. Thank you.
Try refreshing once more, if you haven't already. If that doesn't work, send in a support ticket as they'll answer you a lot quicker there than on the forums.

Use the Support tab in the bame Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided.
