Buying gems

I am trying to purchase more gems via paypal. It tells me that the transaction can not be completed via credit card and asks for my banking information(no it has nothing to do with any balance issues...I double checked!). Is anyone else having this issue today?

That would be an issue you would need to take up with paypal, as regardless of your payment method, the money would go to paypal from your card/bank account, then from paypal to tynon. Paypal is the broker, they would be the ones determining that you cannot use the card you are attempting to use.

P.S. If you attempt to contact paypal, send them an email, don't call, as their phone support is horrible and usually cannot help you and blames it on the company you are trying to pay. If you contact them via email you usually get much better customer service and satisfactory results.

This is not a PayPal issue it is a transmission issue and has happened twice in the last three days.

There is apparently something wrong between the servers and paypal

The only way that I have been able to buy gems is using a direct transfer from my checking account. Nothing else has worked.
